Job description
Recruitment
  • Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for urgent roles
  • Updating and monitoring the Recruitment Masterlist
  • Send follow-up emails/texts to candidates regarding their application
  • Assists in other recruitment-related tasks as needed

Employee Engagement
  • Assists in creating and facilitating employee engagement activities

Key Qualifications
  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, BA/BS Psychology, or any equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, quick-to-learn, and has strong prioritization skills
  • Can commit to full-time internship work (at least 8hrs/day)
  • Willing to work onsite (Makati)
