Warren has more than 15 years of auditing experience. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and an audit partner of MOORE Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co.. He has prior work experiences with other auditing firms such as RSM Philippines (Reyes Tacandong & Co. – 7 years), KPMG in the Cayman Islands – 2 years, and Ernst & Young Philippines (SGV – 5 years).

Warren is knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Philippine Tax Laws. He has handled audit of and special jobs for (agreed-upon procedures and due diligence engagements) publicly-listed companies, entities in the process of initial public offering, and various local and multinational companies. He also performed regulatory compliance work (reconstruction of books of accounts) for various entities.
