Jon has over 19 years of professional experience in audit and other financial services and has developed an in-depth background in leading audit and financial engagements of various companies both local and international. He also worked for a big 4 audit firm in Bahamas. He is experienced in handling multinational audits and cross border engagements.

Jon continues to provide necessary leadership, judgment and administrative direction to motivate, train and develop the capabilities of engagement team members. He also attended management development program at Asian Institute of Management.

He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Firm.
