Dustin is a Partner in business services, outsourcing, audit and assurance practice with over 20 years of public accounting experience primarily in the Philippines, Singapore and the USA.

Starting his career at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Philippines), he has progressively gained professional experience in providing audit, assurance and non-assurance services to companies from diverse range of industries. Prior to joining MOORE Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co., he was a senior audit manager of Deloitte Philippines. His other previous affiliation was with Ernst & Young Singapore and BDO Philadelphia, USA.

His extensive international exposure has contributed significantly in his knowledge of accounting and auditing standards under different country practices. While in Singapore, he belonged to the US GAAP group specializing in IFRS/US GAAP conversions; auditing companies in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. And while in the US, aside from regular financial statement audits, he headed agreed-upon engagements with the New York City government.

As a student, he was a consistent honor student and recipient of various academic scholarships. He was also an active member of various organizations, having served as the president of the student body of his department.
